Troop 698 participates in many activities involving
the community, other troops and within our own troop. The events range
from the Annual Yard Sale we sponsor to attending camporees with many
other troops from NCAC and beyond to merit badge work where
we invite community members - sheriffs, business people and even a Representative
from the Virginia House of Delegates - talking with the boys and sharing
how their work affects the lives of the scouts and their families.
